Refund Policy

General Policy

Lucas Abraham Music strives to provide high-quality services in performance, private instruction, and instrument repair. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined below.

Private Lessons

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance

• Lessons missed without proper notice are non-refundable

• Prepaid lessons may be rescheduled with sufficient notice but are generally not refunded

 

Performance Services (Gigs)

• A deposit may be required to secure bookings

• Deposits are typically non-refundable, as they reserve your event date

• Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may be eligible for a partial refund at Lucas Abraham’s discretion

 

Instrument Repair

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed

• Refunds are not typically offered once repair work has been completed

• If concerns arise regarding a repair, reasonable efforts will be made to address and resolve the issue

 

Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be considered in cases of:

• Illness or emergency

• Scheduling conflicts initiated by Lucas Abraham

• Other extenuating circumstances at our discretion
